When every gap is filled with information, it is hard to notice what we are really thinking.

Leave a short part of the day without needing to produce anything. Walk, look at a corner of the room, or note three details you have never noticed. This is not a creativity formula, only an invitation to observe.

Then return to the old problem. You may still have no answer, but you will have a new angle from which to approach it.
